Three-year factory warranty
Every new Royal Enfield motorcycle purchased from an authorized dealer is covered by a factory warranty of 3 years from the date of first sale. The price of the motorcycle in GARAGE always includes it.
For the warranty to be valid
- regular service inspections at intervals according to the service book at an authorized Royal Enfield service center,
- original parts and prescribed operating fluids,
- using the motorcycle according to the owner's manual.
What is not covered by the warranty
- normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, chain and rosettes, clutch, bulbs, filters),
- damage due to an accident, fall, improper repair or modification,
- races, competitions and off-road driving.
Full warranty conditions are in the motorcycle's service book. We carry out warranty repairs and warranty inspections at the GARAGE service in Bohušovicích nad Ohří.
RSA / ROAD ASSISTANCE 24/7
Three years of roadside assistance
European Roadside Assistance (RSA) is for all new Royal Enfield motorcycles, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is provided by Allianz Partners. We activate it when you hand over the motorcycle, when you sign your consent to the transfer of data. Valid for 3 years from date of registration.
What the assistance will help with
- mechanical or electrical fault, motorcycle immobilized,
- dead battery, lost or locked keys,
- flat tire, lack of fuel or incorrect refueling (you pay for the fuel),
- on-site repair, and if this is not possible, towing to the nearest authorized dealer.
Have it handy before you call
- your name and exact location
- phone, VIN, number plate and color of motorcycle,
- a brief description of what happened.
Do not order anything yourself, call the helpline first. Valid in EU countries, UK, Switzerland and Norway for journeys up to 91 days. Accidents, theft and vandalism are not covered by the assistance. See RSA Handbook (PDF) for details.
