1. Who processes your data

The controller of personal data is Auto-moto GARAGE s.r.o., Company ID 23183985, with its registered office at Prosecká 848/97, 190 00 Praha 9, premises at Masarykova 4, 411 56 Bohušovice nad Ohří, entered in the commercial register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 422856 (hereinafter “GARAGE” or “we”). We operate the website royalenfieldgarage.cz and the Royal Enfield GARAGE showroom, workshop and rental service.

2. Why and on what basis we process data

• Enquiries and bookings from forms (test ride, service, financing, interest in a motorcycle in stock): name, phone, e-mail, selected model, date, driving licence category and your message. We need them in order to reply to you and make arrangements. Legal basis: negotiating a contract at your request and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
• Sale, service and rental of a motorcycle: identification and contact details, vehicle data and documents needed for the contract. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations (accounting, taxes, vehicle records).
• News by e-mail: e-mail, first name and surname. We send it only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the link in each e-mail or by writing to our e-mail.
• Phone calls and chat: data that you tell us yourself so that we can handle your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Website protection and visitor statistics: technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited). Protecting forms against spam is our legitimate interest; we run statistics only with your consent in the cookie bar.

3. How long we keep data

• Enquiries from forms that did not lead to a contract: at most 3 years from the last communication.
• Data related to contracts and documents: for the duration of the contract and for the period required by law (usually 10 years for tax and accounting documents).
• News by e-mail: until consent is withdrawn.
• Visitor statistics: at most 14 months.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell data. We pass it on only to those who help us provide the service, and only to the extent necessary:

• the provider of the website, e-mails and newsletter distribution (MediaMC, servers in the Czech Republic),
• Google (form protection reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics statistics with consent),
• a financial company, if you expressly request financing,
• the accountant and tax adviser, insurance company and authorities where required by law.

With Google services, a transfer outside the EU may occur; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Cookies

Necessary cookies ensure the website works (e.g. model comparison, favourite motorcycles, form submission) and cannot be switched off. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only with your consent from the cookie bar. You can change your consent at any time by deleting cookies in your browser; the bar will then appear again.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. We will handle your request without undue delay, at the latest within one month.

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.
