Where will you really ride?
Distinguish the dream trip from the ordinary week. A motorcycle for daily commuting can differ from one for long journeys. Write down how much time you spend in town, on country roads and on longer transfers. The choice becomes surprisingly simpler.
Don't look only at seat height
Seat height is a useful number, not the result of a fit test. The width of the bike, your leg length, your footwear and the availability of support all play their own role. Also sit on the model that seemed taller on paper. While doing so, check the position of your hands and your reach to the controls.
Try it for a moment without the engine too
Riding position and feel are important, but the motorcycle must also fit into your everyday life. In safe conditions and with assistance, check handling, turning and parking. Especially if you don't have a level driveway at home.
Pick two finalists
The Hunter, Classic and Meteor are not three colours of the same answer. They differ in style and riding position. Choose two models that make sense for how you will use them and arrange a personal comparison. Finally, verify the licence category and homologation of the specific version.
